Through the Passover sacrifice,
God protected His people from Egypt’s plagues.
Through the holy blood of Jesus,
Shed for us at Calvary,
He will protect us even today!
Flee away, O army of Satan!
The blood of Jesus is my protection!
- No plague shall come near your dwelling,
Hold on firmly to His promise.
Pray with faith and confidence,
No curse shall come near your home. - He is the God of both far and near,
The loving One who wipes away every tear.
Do not grieve for your children and parents,
Your brothers and sisters are under His care.
His protection over them is sure! - Under His wings, there is shelter,
Angels guard you in all your ways.
You have the secret place of the Most High,
A mighty fortress where you can hide.
Do not be troubled, do not be afraid,
Do not lose heart or be dismayed!
Flee away, O army of Satan!
The blood of Jesus is my protection!
Ending
I will sing of Jesus, Hallelujah!
I will praise my Jesus, Hallelujah!
